01Pricing

How does pricing work?

How much does junk removal cost in Fresno and Clovis?

Papi's Junk Removal charges by volume — how much of the 14-ft trailer your items fill. A minimum pickup (1–2 items) is $85–$125, a half load is $450–$600 and a full load is $600–$800. The first two hours of labor, loading, hauling and disposal are included, and the price quoted is the price you pay.

What's included in the price?

Everything for a standard job: all labor for the first two hours, loading, hauling, disposal fees, basic disassembly, cleanup after removal, and recycling and donation. Extra fees apply only for things like heavy materials, stairs, hazardous items or long distance, and you hear about them before the job starts.

Do you charge for estimates?

No. Estimates are free with no obligation. Papi's will come to your Fresno or Clovis location, look at what needs to go and give you an upfront price — most quotes can also be given over the phone in minutes.

What payment methods do you accept?

Cash, all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and checks. Payment is due when the job is complete.

Do you offer senior or military discounts?

Yes. Papi's offers discounts for seniors (65+) and active or retired military. Just mention it when you call for your estimate.

02Scheduling

When can Papi's come out?

How quickly can you come out?

Papi's does its best to get to Fresno and Clovis the same day — call in the morning and a crew can often be there that afternoon. Other Central Valley towns are typically scheduled within one to two days. Morning, afternoon, evening and weekend jobs are available.

Do you work evenings and weekends?

Yes. Papi's Junk Removal is listed as open 24 hours on Google, and customers have booked it early on a Sunday. Papi's published pricing does list an after-hours fee of $50–100 for pickups scheduled outside regular business hours — ask when you book.

Can I get an exact time or just a window?

Papi's typically schedules a two-hour arrival window, like 10am–12pm. Commercial customers can book an exact appointment time for an additional fee.

How long does a typical job take?

Most residential jobs take 30 minutes to two hours. Small pickups (1–3 items) usually take 15–30 minutes. Larger cleanouts can take two to four hours, and estate cleanouts can take a full day or multiple trips.

Do I need to be there?

It helps if you can show the crew what needs to go, but it isn't required. Many customers leave access to the property and Papi's takes care of everything.

03What we take

What will Papi's haul — and what won't it?

What items do you take?

Almost everything: furniture, appliances (fridges, washers, dryers, stoves), mattresses, hot tubs, sheds, fences, yard waste, construction debris, electronics, exercise equipment, pianos, garage junk and full estate cleanouts. Usable items get donated and metals get recycled.

What can't you take?

Hazardous materials like wet paint, chemicals and asbestos, certain biological waste, and anything illegal. Dried-out paint cans are fine. Tires, TVs and similar items are accepted with a $15–40 per-item disposal fee.

Can you remove items from upstairs, a basement or the backyard?

Yes — second floor, basement, attic, backyard, anywhere on the property. Crews protect floors and walls and sweep up when done. A $20–40 fee can apply for stairs or difficult access.

What happens to the stuff you haul away?

Usable furniture and household items go to local organizations such as Poverello House, Fresno Rescue Mission and Habitat for Humanity. Metal, electronics and other materials are recycled. Only what can't be donated or recycled goes to licensed disposal facilities — about 85% stays out of the landfill.

04About Papi's

Who is Papi's?

Is Papi's insured?
