Who we are

Papi's Junk Removal is a family-owned junk removal company based in Clovis, California, serving Fresno, Clovis and the Central Valley. In this policy, “Papi's,” “we” and “us” mean Papi's Junk Removal. You can reach us at info@papisjunkremoval.com or (559) 575-0516.

What we collect

We collect only what we need to answer you and do the job.

• Quote requests: when you use the quote form, we receive your name, phone number, email address, what you need hauled, and the page you sent the form from.
• Calls, texts and emails: when you contact us directly, we receive your phone number or email address and whatever you choose to tell us or send us, such as photos of the items.
• Site usage: Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights record page views and page performance in aggregate — the page visited, the referring site, the device and browser type and the country. They don't use cookies and don't follow you across other websites.
• Google Analytics: records which pages you visit, how you got here, and your device, browser and approximate location. It sets cookies to tell visits apart.
• Google Ads: when you arrive from one of our Google ads, this tag may show a Google forwarding number in place of our phone number, so Google can count calls that came from the ad. The call still rings us. It sets cookies, and Google may use your visit to measure and show our ads.
• Microsoft Clarity: records anonymized clicks, scrolls and other page interactions so we can see where the site is confusing and improve it. Everything you type into the quote form is masked and never recorded. It sets cookies.
• Technical logs: our hosting provider, Vercel, keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and request time) to run and secure the website.

How the quote form works

When you submit the quote form, your details are sent to Papi's by email through Resend, an email delivery service. We use them to contact you about your request — usually by phone or text — and to quote, schedule and complete the job. The form includes a hidden spam trap and a limit on repeated submissions; neither collects anything extra about you.

How we use your information

• To respond to your request and give you a price.
• To schedule, complete and follow up on your job.
• To keep records of the work we've done for you.
• To understand, in aggregate, which pages are useful and how fast the site loads, so we can improve it.
• To measure which of our ads bring in calls.

Cookies and Google tags

Google Analytics and Google Ads set cookies in your browser. Google handles that data under Google's privacy policy, and explains how it uses data from sites like ours at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

Microsoft handles Clarity data under the Microsoft Privacy Statement.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, turn off Google Analytics with Google's opt-out add-on, and control the ads Google shows you at My Ad Center. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we tell Google not to use your visit to personalize ads. The site works the same either way.

What we don't do

• We don't sell your personal information.
• We don't give the details you type into the quote form to advertisers.
• We don't use your information for anything unrelated to your request or job.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers that make the website, the form and our advertising work: Vercel (website hosting, analytics and performance measurement), Resend (delivering quote-form emails to us), Google (Google Analytics and Google Ads) and Microsoft (Clarity). We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry and customer information as long as needed to respond to you and serve you as a customer.

Your choices and deleting your information

You can ask us what we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing info@papisjunkremoval.com. We'll confirm the request with you before acting on it and respond as soon as we reasonably can.

California privacy rights

If you live in California, you can ask us to tell you what personal information we've collected about you and how we've used it, to delete it, and to correct it if it's wrong. You also have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. We don't sell it. Our Google Ads tag lets Google use visits to this site for advertising, which California law can treat as sharing. To opt out, turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser or contact us, and use the Google settings above. We won't treat you differently for using any of these rights.

To make a request, email info@papisjunkremoval.com or call (559) 575-0516. We'll verify the request using information we already have, such as the phone number or email you used with us. You can also have an authorized agent make a request for you; we'll ask for proof that you gave them permission.

We don't disclose personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes.

Children's privacy

This website is meant for adults arranging junk removal. It isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information you send us. No website or email system is perfectly secure, so please don't send sensitive information such as payment card numbers through the form.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and the effective date at the top.
